Welcome Home
We love where we call home. In order to ensure that we feel that way for years to come, we have to come together as a neighborhood. The Home Owners Association will be taking care of the boring stuff! It is up to every resident to keep our neighborhood a great place to be. We hope that this site will be a resource for both what the HOA roles and responsibilities are but also what all residents promised to each other. Please take time to browse the neighborhood resources section, learn about your board/committees, and what is going in Bolton Hill. Please contact us with any concern or issues you feel should be escalated. Feel free to contact us with suggestions about items to keep on our radar.
Appearance
Always think about what your house looked like the day you moved in. Everyone should strive to keep that new look. We want to enjoy strolling around and ensuring the value of our houses stay strong.
Where We Live
Take time to stroll around and experience something special...
Yikes - It Doesn't Move!!!!
When you find there is an vehicle being stored on your street, especially with flat tires or no registration, let the City know so that they can tow. You can file a complaint online, call the City at 410-848-900, or investigate the City Codes (https://ecode360.com/10164746) further before you do.
Slow It Down
Always try to be cognizant that there are all kinds of things going on in the neighborhood that cause people to be crossing/biking in the streets...PLEASE try to slow down to keep everyone safe.
